The B&B consists of 4 bedrooms, one with private bathroom and three with shared bathroom.
They all share the large terrace overlooking the grandfather’s garden! The house is located 200 meters from the historic center of Riva and 400 meters from the lake!

Upon confirmation of booking, a payment of 30% of the amount is required.
Payment of the remaining sum is made upon delivery of the keys.
We do not accept credit / debit cards.
Refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery / crockery located in the common areas will remain at your service all the time.
